How to Get Started
Schedule a Property Assessment
Call Mass Save at 1-866-527-7283. Mention you're a landlord and specify the number of units. Assessments are free.
Review Your Assessment Report
You'll receive a detailed report with recommended upgrades, estimated costs, available rebates, and projected energy savings.
Get Quotes from Approved Contractors
Mass Save can connect you with approved contractors, or you can find your own from their approved list.
Apply for Rebates and Financing
Submit your rebate application and HEAT Loan application (if needed) before starting work.
Complete the Work and Collect Rebates
After installation, submit final documentation. Rebates typically arrive within 6-8 weeks.
